Evolve ? Ledge Lounger is seeking a
Director of Marketing to develop and execute integrated D2C/B2B marketing plans, lead product marketing, public relations, partnerships, awareness and direct response marketing, research and intelligence. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will lead a team of passionate and talented individuals and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities: - Partnering with the CMO, develop and execute the organization's 12-month marketing strategy, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives. This annual calendar will include products, pricing, promotions, sales channels, and messaging.
- Translate the marketing plan into Revenue and Expense forecasts. Continuously assess the return on investment for marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain marketing operations processes to enhance efficiency and agility, fostering strong internal department relationships and coordinating with external vendors.
- Product Marketing including new product launch plans, product messaging and prioritization throughout the calendar year.
- Public Relations planning, media and influencer relations, develop and execute market facing content, narratives and storytelling, media coverage, and affiliate media support.
- B2B Marketing including planning and execution of trade shows, events, marketing and sales support materials.
- Brand Partnerships, product integrations, and organic social (including establishment of brand ambassador program).
- Brand Awareness and Direct Response media planning and execution.
- D2C Research and Intelligence including consumer and competitor insights, market trends, reporting and analytics.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and agencies, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the performance of marketing initiatives, budget utilization, and strategic progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years progressive Marketing experience; and minimum 5 years leading internal teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated leader that is purposeful, decisive, adaptive, and works well in entrepreneurial, high growth environments.
- Ability to think strategically while also functionally leading a team to drive execution delivering results. This is a "sleeves rolled up company and position".
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, while adhering to our values.
- Expertise in budget management and financial forecasting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
