Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in Bothell, WA. As a Material Handler , you will play a crucial role in coordinating internal and external customer requests, ensuring smooth material flow across multiple unit operations. Your responsibilities will include managing personnel, material, and logistical needs, reviewing documentation, training less experienced staff, and initiating non-conforming material reports. Job Specifications:

- Shift: 5:00am - 5:30pm, Thurs - Sat, and every other Wednesday
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal and external customer requests across multiple unit operations during your shift, including personnel, material, and logistical needs.
Work with production planning, the Sr. Manufacturing Associate, and other shift leads to establish a daily unit operations schedule that includes people, product, and material flow across multiple shifts.
Complete and review documentation required by process transfer protocols, validation protocols, standard operating procedures, and batch records.
Assist in training less experienced staff to ensure they have the necessary technical skills and knowledge.
Initiate company discrepancies/deviations for non-conforming materials and operational anomalies.
Assist in setting up warehouse operations equipment/fixtures and perform facility and equipment commissioning activities.
Review Warehouse Operations procedures and provide input to ensure documents are technically sound, promote effective and efficient operations, and comply with cGMP requirements.
Perform tasks in a manner consistent with departmental and corporate safety policies, quality systems, and GMP requirements.
Coordinate tasks with staff working within Warehouse Operations.
Perform any additional duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous GMP experience is essential.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance applicable to biologics and cell therapy manufacturing.
Experience in distribution, receiving, temperature storage, issuance, and inventory control practices, including cycle counting, and rejected/expired material disposition.
Understanding of controlled temperature, humidity, and pest control monitoring for cGMP environments.
Familiarity with transportation lanes and cold chain logistical movement of time-critical and temperature-sensitive biologics.
Knowledge of freight forwarder and courier direct shipments and associated documentation requirements.
