Title: Project Manager

Location: Pentagon/Arlington, VA

On-Site Requirement: Hybrid

Clearance Required: Active Secret or higher

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of Agile and waterfall methodologies
• Understanding of software development life cycle
• Knowledge of Scrum methodologies such as Kanban
• Experience coordinating team workflow in a fast-paced, deadline-driving environment
• Prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions and identifying and tracking risks/impediments to project schedule
• Project Management/Scrum certifications

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field
• PMP
• CSM

Responsibilities :

• Manage numerous projects simultaneously
• Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes
• Manage all phases of the project through to delivery
• Define key performance parameters and create reports to track progress
• Work with Engineering, customer, and other groups to ensure project is resourced for success
• Maintain compliance with federal and DoD regulations
• Perform data analysis relevant to project tasks
• Maintain ownership and accountability for project schedule
• Effectively communicate project status; including schedule variance and mitigation options
