College degree or above, have certain English conversation ability;
More than 3 years of work experience in star-rated hotel, strong research and development ability and team management ability;
Passionate about French food making, committed to further study in the industry, with active service awareness;
Familiar with the production standards of French food, capable of producing dishes independently;
Working experience in international Association or Michelin restaurant is preferred;
Foreigners are preferred, able to communicate in English and Chinese. 1.Prepare recipes according to the chef and production requirements, and prepare various required French dishes;
Pre-meal preparation of all kinds of food materials, daily check whether the materials are complete;
Assist the chef in the improvement and formulation of French menu and working process;
