Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients for any adverse reactions to medications.
• Document and record all medications administered during shifts.
• Ensure medication storage areas are secure and organized.
• Collaborate with nursing and pharmacy staff to ensure accurate medication inventory.
• Update patient medication profiles and report any discrepancies.
• Provide basic patient care as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Medication Technician. (CMT)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
