Job description

Knight's Steakhouse is a traditional steakhouse, known for our steaks, prime rib, chicken, burgers, and seafood. To appeal to other preferences, we are equally proud of our other menu choices, including an assortment of salads, sandwiches and pastas. We offer a variety of lunch and dinner specials each day.

We have three different restaurant locations and two markets. We take great pride in our employees and guests and believe you enter as strangers and leave as friends.

DUTIES

You are Responsible for but not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities

· Work under Kitchen Manager

· Must maintain a safe and clean kitchen - ServSafe certified a plus

· Formal culinary arts training a plus but not required.

· Must be able to work Saturdays, morning, and evening shifts.

· Must be able to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

· Must be able to prepare food accurately under pressure and ensures that all food meets quality and presentation standards.

· Interested in working in a fast-paced, team environment

· Able to communicate with a variety of people.

· Perform routine checks to maintain menu quality

· Collaborate with Kitchen Manager/owner on menu development

· Assist in daily food prep

· Regularly work alongside line cooks during service
