Join us for this incredible opportunity at Hyatt Regency Dallas, which is located downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower. The Reservations Agent is responsible for daily and weekly reservation duties. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive pre-arrival experience for guests by accurately conveying reservation information, qualifying guest needs, and ensuring precise entry of guest information into booking system. This position also provides guest with hotel facility information, answers in-house reservations line and questions related to the hotel and local area, loads group sales bookings, uploads group rooming lists, manages emails with meeting planners, posts prepayments, bills canceled reservations, and other duties as assigned. During off peak season, the Reservation Agent will work with other Rooms Operations departments to provide support as business requires.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and front desk experience preferred
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Because this position will assist at times in other rooms operations, schedule flexibility is necessary
