Job description

Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates effectiveness of change programs rooted in behavioral science for internal and external clients with a range of complex challenges.
- Analyzes customer environments, end-user behaviors, needs, and workflows to define and scope changes.
- Coaches and guides program stakeholders and sponsors to achieve clarity and alignment on program objectives, change strategy, and supporting tactics. Identify high-impact behaviors necessary to create and sustain change.
- Leads design, development, and implementation of change management plans that use leadership, communication, training, and coaching to help leaders and employees adopt, embrace, and become proficient with new technology, behaviors, and workflows.
- Leads developments of message maps, communication materials, and other change deliverables. Ensure all materials are integrated with the branding approach, change strategy, and program objectives.
- Collects data and feedback (e.g., through surveys, interviews, focus groups) to assess change progress and barriers. Engage with stakeholders to remove barriers and sustain progress.
- Coaches and develops more junior Team members.
- Supports pre-sales proposal development, presentations, and other activities as requested. Discuss the benefits of our programs and how we're different.
- Defines and evolves the division's change management strategy, standards, processes, and tools.
- Collects and applies feedback from internal and external clients to continuously improve processes and personal performance.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 9 years of related experience.
- Master's degree or higher in behavioral science or similar desirable.
- Strong organizational change management / leadership, communication, and training skills.
- Business acumen: Ability to understand clients' business context, drivers of performance, and how they integrate with change plans.
- Clear, effective, precise written and verbal communication.
- Ability to adapt approach and work / communicate effectively with clients at all levels, including executives.
- Strong MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
- Project management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving agility.
- Ability to flex and adapt to ambiguity, quickly changing priorities, and urgent requests.
- Consulting skills.
- Influence to shape behavior.
- Stakeholder management and coaching (e.g., in leader-led behavior-based change leadership).
- Relationship building and customer service.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to listen and effectively synthesize disparate information.

- Curiosity and continuous learning.
- May require up to 30% travel to client sites, including overnights (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
- Change management certification desirable.

 
*This position is a virtual (remote) role. In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role: $117,790 - $176,390
