What this role does specifically: Each morning we meet as a team. Then we load vehicles with the proper equipment for the day and safely drive to the property.  Our goal is to clean windows, pressure wash, clean gutters, or install Christmas lights so that our wonderful customers refer us to others. You are responsible to complete a jobsite inspection making sure everything has been done to an excellent standard.  Then collect payment and route to the next job.  At the end of the day you would clean your vehicle inside and out, keeping it organized and stocked.  You help to make homes and businesses in the Traverse City area Shine!

What we provide:Vehicles, shirts, hats, and all the equipment you will need. We also provide paid training and opportunity to advance within our growing team!  We look out for each other and provide an environment where growth and success are encouraged.  

Other perks: Our customers are always happy to see us.  It is common to receive tips.  Crew leaders routinely earn commission above and beyond their hourly rate.

Compensation: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
