Job description

This is a full time position Virtual Assistant. Monday to Friday.

Will work with inbound and outbound emails. Follow up and update our clients, listings and the transactions that the office is working on.

Knowledge of To Producer, Zoho Crm, Dotloop.com, Google suite is a plus

Admin Support:

-Tenant support

- Transaction Coordination

- Paperwork

- Client Listing Report

- CRM Maintenance (top producer/zoho)

- Website Maintenance/Systems Administration

Marketing Support:

- Print Media Marketing (Flyers, Brochures etc)

- CMA Creation

- Posting Ads on Advertising Portals

- Maintenance in Online Profiles (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com etc)

- Email Marketing (Zoho)

- Market Research

- Market Report Generation

- PowerPoint and Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)

- Social Media Maintenance/Marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc)

- Blog Posting

- Posting Press Releases

-Landlord lead geneation

- Seller Lead Generation (FSBOs, Expired, etc)

- Buyer Lead Generation through Craigslist & Online Marketing

- Listings Video Creation/Editing (Virtual Tours)

- Inputting/Maintaining Listings on Various Websites

Other Tasks:

- Web Research

- Online/Offline Data Entry

- Data Processing

- Data Mining, Data Refining, Data Cleansing

- Data Merging, Data Analytics

- Web Analytics

- Project Management

- Operations Management

- Image Editing & Upload

- Update Website

- Website Maintenance

- Website Design

- Database Maintenance
