Job description

We are looking for a bilingual, energetic, and highly motivated Realtor to join our team and make an immediate impact. Here at Marshall Reddick, we like to work hard and have fun in a fast-paced and changing real estate environment. We are a full-service residential real estate firm that works with local and out-of-state buyers, property management, and mortgage and trust deed investments. In this position, you will be working alongside our Property Management team by leasing vacant listings as well as being a Realtor working with buyers and sellers on their homes and investment property transactions. You will be working with a wide array of clients and prospects from first-time buyers to tenants and seasoned investors. The main objective of this position is to increase company real estate sales and lease all vacant property in 30 days or less. 50% of your day will be on the phones and 50% of your day will be at properties. You must be comfortable with interpersonal communication via telephone, email interaction, and face-to-face. Commission-Based Compensation Through: • Owner Lease listings • Tenant Homebuyer conversions • Investment property transactions Responsibilities: • 20+ phone calls per day • Build, grow, and maintain client relationships • Work alongside our Realtor team • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with high autonomy • Working weekends required Leasing • Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity • Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents • Create and update a Property Activity Log for each vacant property Administrative • Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time • Ensure current resident files are properly maintained Qualifications: • Active Florida real estate license required • Bilingual (English and Spanish) • Reliable transportation to and from properties and office • Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite • Intermediate use of SuiteCRM, Propertyware, ZipForms, and MLS • Customer service skills with an ability to anticipate the needs of the client • Ability to collect, organize, and communicate via telephone, email, text, and CRM • Problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Highly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently • Take direction well but exercise good, independent judgment when necessary About Company: Here at Marshall Reddick Real Estate, we enjoy working hard in a fast-paced, software-centered, fun, and rapidly changing real estate environment.
