Job Overview:

Are you passionate about driving innovation and providing exceptional service to commercial clients? We are seeking a Cash Management Solutions Manager to lead our treasury management program and contribute to our continued success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by developing strategic initiatives, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and proactive outreach. Deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to attract new clients and expand our customer base.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
Sales and Strategy Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
Product and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes. Provide insights to enhance our product offerings and conduct training for staff members.
Risk Management: Implement processes and procedures to mitigate risks associated with treasury management products and services.
Team Management: Support the professional development of team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in cash management
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and industry-specific applications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel to client locations
