Job description

Woofie’s Pet Service in Columbia, MD   has an opening for a Dog Walker/ Pet Sitter who will care for clients’ pets by providing them with exercise and occasional meals.    

Design your own schedule! This position offers a variety of possible job options; employees can choose which type of visit they would be interested in:  

• Morning, evening, and weekend walks/visits  
• Pet sitting and walks for regular workday or out - of - town clients  
• Services also available for cats and other small family pets  
• At-home 24-hour p et sitting  
• 7 pm to 7am Pet sitting

Qualifications:  

• Applicants should be capable of walking, exercising, and handling the pet  
• Experience with pets is preferred but not required , as training is provided  
• Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screen  
• Customer service experience is a plus  
• This job operates in clients’ homes and outdoors; necessary equipment includes a reliable vehicle and a smartphone
