Contract Recruiter! This role offers a stimulating work environment, with five days a week onsite in Carol Stream.
Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:- Lead high-volume recruitment efforts for hourly roles, ensuring smooth and effective candidate sourcing
- Conduct face-to-face and phone interviews for various hourly positions, showcasing strong interpersonal skills and thorough evaluation techniques
- Cultivate positive relationships with candidates, providing a seamless and engaging recruitment experience
Contract Recruiter Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on high-volume hourly roles
- Ability to conduct comprehensive interviews, both in-person and over the phone, with a keen eye for assessing candidate suitability
- Proficiency in handling diverse recruitment challenges, demonstrating adaptability and effective problem-solving skills
