Job description
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Salary: $55,000-$75,000 + Bonus/Commission
Position Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the overall sales and marketing strategy of the organization. This includes developing and executing marketing plans, managing and optimizing sales processes, and coordinating with various stakeholders to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also be tasked with fostering relationships in the industry to increase brand visibility and recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage comprehensive sales and marketing plans, including product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
2. Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and post-sales customer support.
3. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that marketing and sales goals are met.
4. Implement strategies to increase brand awareness and recognition in the industry.
5. Foster relationships with industry partners to create new potential customers.
6. Utilize hard surface sales skills to increase sales of countertops and cabinets.
7. Utilize digital marketing techniques to increase online presence and reach.
8. Participate in tradeshows and other industry events to promote brand visibility.
9. Utilize data to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of sales and marketing experience.
3. Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
4. Experience with hard surface sales and countertops.
5. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
6. Excellent negotiating skills.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Proficient in MS Office Suite and other digital applications.
