Job description
Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Research Associate II near Round Lake, IL.
Position Overview: The Research Associate II role entails contributing solid technical expertise to diverse projects within the relevant discipline, requiring minimal assistance. This position requires a basic comprehension of related technical disciplines and the ability to conduct routine and non-routine research, designing experiments independently.
Primary Responsibilities:
Independently make sound technical recommendations for routine projects, analyzing and redesigning experimental procedures where necessary.
Execute routine assignments independently within specified deadlines, exploring alternative methods for product/process enhancement.
Adhere to QSR and safety regulations while gaining familiarity with other R&D-related regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Recommend suitable designs, techniques, and processes for assigned tasks as needed.
Contribute to technical feasibility analyses for complex research and design concepts.
Demonstrate understanding of GxP regulations and guidance.
Apply technical theories and principles to non-routine tasks, analyze problems, and determine optimal solutions with minimal assistance.
Key Qualifications:
Proficiency in relevant laboratory/technical skills, technical writing, and computer literacy.
Strong team collaboration skills with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
Ability to objectively analyze and communicate complex information effectively.
Capacity to interpret available data and propose solutions to technical challenges.
Effective time management skills to prioritize assignments and meet project timelines.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of related experience, or an advanced degree in a relevant field.
