YOUR ROLE AS A HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

As our Housekeeping Attendant, your daily tasks include maintaining our resident apartments and public spaces. You ensure that all areas are spotless, safe, and radiate a welcoming vibe. No dust bunny is left unturned! You work alongside our fabulous housekeeping supervisor, adhering to our color-coded cleaning schedule, and keeping inventory of our essential cleaning supplies.

Most importantly, you're an integral part of our resident's lives. Your responsive and caring attitude makes a world of difference to their peace of mind and happiness. You take pride in a job well done and love to contribute to the well-being of others, which is why you're perfect in this cleaning role!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

• Ability to communicate well with supervisors, employees, residents, and families
• Ability to provide cleaning services in a senior living environment that meet or exceed Western States Senior Retirement Communities & service standards
• Willingness to work with seniors
• Ability to lift 30 pounds, walk, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy objects or furniture such as carts
