NAMI Peer Support Group
2:30-3:30 p.m. Thursdays, Potente Chapel
A co-facilitated peer support group for those who are struggling and thriving with a mental health issue or concern.

RAINBOWS Grief Group
Times/dates based on student availability and interest
A support group for individuals suffering from grief.

Pathways Workshop
2-3 p.m. Tuesday, March 19; Thursday, March 21; Tuesday, March 26; Location shared upon signup
A three-session workshop to increase skills to handle overwhelming, anxiety, and day-to-day stressors. 

Thriving During Thesis
Times/dates based on student availability and interest
A support group for students working on their thesis this semester.
