**Job Description:**

As the Area Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential support to our remote sales teams across multiple properties including White Barn Inn, The Vanderbilt, The Mayflower Inn & Spa, and Wildflower Farms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Facilitate daily operations to assist the area sales team and the area director of sales, including prospecting and qualifying group leads, managing bookings in Delphi, and coordinating site inspections and VIP visits.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, particularly the events team, to ensure seamless planning and execution of events.
- Maintain meticulous records and reports in Delphi and Opera systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for client bookings and communications.
- Assist with advanced sales trip planning, post-trip follow-up, and managing inboxes in the absence of the sales manager.
- Act as a liaison for VIP reservations and provide support for high-touch client stays.
- Conduct site inspections, meet and greet clients and VIPs, and provide any necessary on-site support.
- Foster strong, positive working relationships with both on-property and remote teams to achieve common goals effectively.
