We are a small GC home builder in the Greater Seattle area that has 3 years of logs of projects lined up and currently have 5 that are just getting started. That's where you come in. Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent looking for your next challenge? We are looking for someone with experience to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. Our successful candidate will provide leadership and technical direction to our team in order to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.

We also offer numerous opportunities for growth and development.As Construction Superintendent, you will oversee housing projects ranging from $2M - 2.5M homes as well as townhome and duplex projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications. You will direct the work of subcontractors, permits, provide guidance to the team, and identify potential areas of improvement. You will also review budgets and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
