Product Manager, Mediant Broker Solutions
Mediant, a BetaNXT company, provides investor communications technology and technology-enabled solutions to banks, brokers, corporations, funds and investment managers. Mediant’s innovative technology ensures regulatory compliance and creates opportunities to strengthen shareholder and client engagement.
The Broker Solutions Product Manager (PM) will join Mediant’s Product Management organization focusing on our Broker Solutions product. The ideal candidate is expected to identify product and feature demand through customer need and market demand analysis. PM’s are responsible for defining product success and facilitating product vision across the organization.
Key Responsibilities - Align product strategy to client and market demand through market and competitive analysis.
- Deliver products to market through execution of BetaNXT’s PDLC including accurate product roadmaps, cost projection, tracking, and KPIs.
- Lead agile teams through product development process defining epics, stories and success criteria.
- Participate in client meetings, industry conferences and prospect meetings as necessary.
- Coordinate go to market activities across product development, sales, marketing and support.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management within the wealth management and/or other equivalent financial services industry. The candidate should also meet most of the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a product manager or product marketing manager
- Experience across multiple product management knowledge domains including sales, marketing and development.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with presentation and communication skills meeting the needs of all levels with the organization up to and including executive management.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
