A Senior Manager National Accounts On-Premise job is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE). In this role, you will effectively represent Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, contributing to the execution of SMWE strategic business plans to achieve sales and market execution objectives, building and strengthening distribution of SMWE brands while growing account relationships.

Senior Manager National Accounts On-Premise job responsibilities include:
- Effectively represent Ste. Michelle Wine Estates to assigned chain accounts, distributor and broker relationships.
- Execute/drive company plans to achieve desired results for depletions and PODS.
- Communicate and sell company brand plans/objectives, sales, and marketing programs.
- Collaborate with trade marketing/marketing to create/implement programs to drive account programing.
- Ensure proper tracking for programing, planning and distribution.
- Develop strong business relationships to become a preferred supplier and the ‘go-to’ person for information for all major customers.
- Knowledge of specific brands, types, sizes and estimated sales trends for all wine and spirit categories for SMWE brands and primary competitors.
- Prepare forecasts for budgets and depletions for all brands on an as needed basis.
- Fiscal responsibility for assigned budgets including departmental and direct spending.
- Oversee National pricing to ensure brand standards are within guidelines. Competent in understanding how to create, maintain and negotiate suggested pricing.
- Communicate and collaborate with distributor leadership and account executives to align goals and expectations for sales numbers and distribution in assigned accounts.
- In depth knowledge of the on sale national accounts, finance measures and the business of each assigned customer.
Position Requirements:
- 4 Year College Degree required.
- 4-5 years of Alcohol Beverage Experience on sale.
- Knowledge of distributor network, client base, reporting systems and procedures.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, PBI.
- Proficiency with IRI, Nielson and other category management tools.
- History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
Your Compensation: $114,400 - 154,440/yr. based upon relevant experience.
