Financial Analyst
Irving/Las Colinas – Mostly Remote
(In office about 1x per week)
Compensation: $75-95k Dynamic and growing team is looking for a new Financial Analyst. Ideal candidates will have experience and understanding in financial planning and analysis (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet), work with dynamic models & dashboards and have a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. - Support monthly/quarterly/annual close, analyzing resulting and providing explanations
- Prepare monthly analysis on key financial statement accounts
- Answer questions for key stakeholders
- Review and analyze P&L to ensure accuracy of financial statements as well as compliance with GAAP and company standards
- Ensure accuracy of monthly revenue and expenses
- Assist in financial projects including cost analysis, ROI, client/customer growth analysis, pricing and other projects to analyze and help in the success of the business
- Serve as business partner cross-functionally, partnering on projects and providing guidance
- Create, build and manipulate dashboards using large sets of data
- Preparing and presenting financial results cross-functionally and to executive leadership
Job Requirements: - 1-4 years of progressive FP&A experience
- Bachelor’s in finance or similar, MBA preferred
- Systems – Advanced Excel; data analytics tool preferred such as PowerBI
- Solutions-oriented and highly engaged
- Professional written and verbal communication, ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Displayed ability to see business impacts of financial decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
