Job description
Community Care Physicians (CCP), the largest independent physician-led multispecialty group in the Capital Region of New York, with over 35 primary care offices, is seeking Hospitalists to join and establish its new Hospitalist Program.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of a transformative team at the forefront of integrated inpatient and outpatient care delivery in the Capital Region. In partnership with Capital District Physicians' Health Plan (CDPHP), CCP is establishing a new 24/7 Hospitalist program that will build upon our Primary Care and our robust Transitions of Care (TOC) programs. We are currently seeking Physicians to join our inaugural team who will care for adult CCP patients and CDPHP members admitted to the Albany Medical Center Hospital.
We are very flexible with shift scheduling. These Hospitalist positions can be full time, part time, weekend only or nocturnist.

Apply Now! Annual Salary Range: $320,000- 380,000 CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements Qualified candidates should have completion of
Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD) , Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Commitment to professional excellence and providing compassionate patient care. Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. Experience working with Advanced Practice Providers.
