Hours: Varied schedule between Monday-Saturday from 7am-6pm (no Sundays). The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for the professional scheduling of appointments for the service department; contacting customers concerning recalls, vehicle status, and satisfaction of service; and various administrative duties.
