Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license.
- Previous administrative experience strongly preferred.
- Previous dealership experience a plus.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
- Must be organized, customer service oriented and a great team player.
Hours: Varied schedule between Monday-Saturday from 7am-6pm (no Sundays).
The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for the professional scheduling of appointments for the service department; contacting customers concerning recalls, vehicle status, and satisfaction of service; and various administrative duties.
