Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to manage various paperwork and documentation, including work orders.
Utilize Google Docs, Excel Sheets, and other systems for reporting and data management.
Handle high-volume calls and efficiently manage data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with vendors and maintain detailed records using customer portals and software.
Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed to support the team and company goals.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using Google Docs and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in administrative support or vendor management is a plus, but not required.
