Job Title: Sales Associate Company: Renatus Exteriors Location: Midwest
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their exterior renovation needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Conduct on-site visits and provide accurate and competitive estimates
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution
- Cultivate lasting client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends and products to effectively communicate their value to customers
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the exterior renovation or construction industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based environment
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Knowledge of exterior renovation products and processes is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation: Renatus Exteriors offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and commission structure, allowing Sales Associates to earn between 80K and 200K annually or more based on performance.
