Hospitality Supervisor

Principle Responsibilities● Help support daily dining operations in multiple dining facilities.
● Assist in food prep and serving at mealtimes
● Maintain the cleanliness standards of Eurest and the Summit Bechtel Reserve. This includes "clean, set, ready for meals", "clean as you go", assisting with FOH & BOH cleanliness, assisting in the dish area (as needed).
● Follow all kitchen safety guidelines.
● Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership
● Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook
Qualifications & Training● 18 years of age or older
● Must be punctual
● Must be able to follow detailed directions/instructions.
● Must obtain the WV Food Handler's Certificate. (Training provided)
● Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
● Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America

● Suggests 1 improvement for the department
Physical Requirements● Up to 8 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
