Windermere Real Estate, a leading real estate company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our branch operations. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of real estate agents and ensuring the smooth operations of the branch.

In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to the agents, foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and drive the branch's growth and success. You will also be responsible for recruitment, training, and performance management of the agents, as well as implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role in the real estate industry
• Hold a valid real estate license
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Ability to mentor and coach real estate agents
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Proficient in MS Office and real estate software
