Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team at University Home Care. This is a full-time hourly position, based in Livonia, Michigan, and will report to the Administrator. Will talk more about the position during the interview.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming communications including customer inquiries, emails, phone calls, and visitors
- Conduct administrative tasks including running errands
- Greet clients and visitors to the office, and be able to multitask
- Will be doing insurances verifications
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Generate and complete purchase orders
- Create Content for the social media accounts/ pages
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in Insurance Verification
- Homecare office experience at least year
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
