Job description

General Job Responsibilities The Community Bank Card Services Assistant (CSA) provides assistance to Bank staff system-wide in the areas of debit card issuance, fraud, and disputes, as well as, providing assistance with ATM functionality and balancing. The CSA must possess knowledge of all bank products and services applicable to the assigned position, fully understand and adhere to all federal and state laws and the policies of the Bank. The CSA must exhibit the ability to represent the Bank in a professional manner, provide pleasant, effective, and efficient customer service, solve problems with attention to details, multi-task, perform duties in a timely manner, and support co-workers. The CSA is expected to exhibit the ability to effectively and efficiently communicate, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers, Bank customers, and others. The CSA may fill multiple roles. The CSA reports to the assigned Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager.
