Description
Robert Half has partnered with a growing not-for-profit corporation in Southern Delaware on their search for a Chief Financial Officer with services industry experience. This Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ) will participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution within the company. As the Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ) you will develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
Primary Responsibilities
· Assist in establishing yearly objectives and meeting agendas
· Oversee Consolidations
· Serve as member of executive leadership team
· Maintain and prepare monthly financial reporting
· Forecast cash flow and cash management
· Participate in communication with lenders/banks
· Establish training/coaching for finance department
· Provide strategic initiatives
· Assist in development of financial planning
· Prepare healthcare cost reports
· Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
· Lead multiple projects
RequirementsThe ideal Chief Financial Officer will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration, Advanced degree a PLUS .
Other requirements for the Chief Financial Officer role include and are not limited to:
· 7+ years of strong financial, operational, and executive leadership within healthcare
· 5+ years of experience at a Federally Qualified Health Center
· Experience with health care reimbursement financing, third-party billing, third-party contracts, ACOs and Pay for Performance models
· Medicare, Medicaid, and contract pharmacies experience
