Our plumbing client in Sheboygan, WI, is seeking a talented Warehouse Manager to join their growing team. As the backbone of their distribution center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, optimizing operations, and maximizing efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing a warehouse or similar distribution facility.
• Proven track record of increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving operational processes.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS) and warehouse best practices.
