Project Manager - Federal Construction

Job description
Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of federal government projects. They will oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met. We are really looking for someone that is a self-starter that will not needed to be micromanaged. If we can hand off the project to you and it gets done, you'll be great for us.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop full-scale project plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Provide direction and support to project teams
- Manage project budget and resource allocation
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Prepare project status reports and presentations
- Coordinate with project stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables are met in accordance with quality standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field preferred, not required
- Previous work completing Government and Federal Construction projects
- Strong understanding of GSA and FAA regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Computer skills and Scheduling skills needed
