Qualifications:

• Syteline Info Experience (5+ years) with background of establishing a Center of Excellence Support Structure
• Nice to have understanding of federal International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (2+ years)
• Supervisory Experience is Required (5+ years)
• Strong Technical knowledge of Network and Server Operating Systems
• Experience with support of Windows Operating Systems, SQL Server, AZURE and Active Directory
• Strong Understanding of Project Management Principles & Practice
• Strong Leadership Skills and Highly Self-Motivated and Self-Directed
• Proven Analytical, Evaluative, and Problem-Solving Abilities
• Exceptional Customer Service Orientation
• Ability to Create and Lead Multiple Project Plans to include Scope of Work, Budget, Change Management and Risk Management
• US Citizen (ITAR Requirement)
• Responsibilities 
• The IT Manager is responsible for the management of the companies IT Function, the Syteline ERP System, System Security, IT Hardware & Software Needs
• Communicates with Team Members (US and International) to analyze and create an Organized Issue Resolution Path, Resolve Critical Issues and Establish Success Criteria
• Background of Understanding Full ERP Syteline Quote to Cash Processes
• Develop Tactics to Track and Mitigate Risk
• Assist with Acquisition Implementations
• Troubleshoot Front End, Operational and Technical Issues with Syteline
• Establish ERP Syteline Next Level Support Solution and Ensure Standardized ERP Processes and Work Instructions
• Provides Network and Data Security Management
• Reviews ITAR Requirements and CMMC Certification with Risk & Compliance Lead and Director of Compliance
• Manages IT System Development, Testing, Deployment, Monitoring, Maintenance, Upgrades and Support of Data Centers, Databases, Servers, Operating Systems and Associated Software & Hardware
• Conducts Research & Remains Current with the latest Technologies and Solutions
