Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice and solutions.

Sales Generation: Proactively reach out to prospective clients, generate leads, and convert them into satisfied policyholders.

Policy Review: Conduct regular policy reviews with clients to ensure their coverage remains up-to-date and meets their changing needs.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and loyalty through excellent service and support.

Networking: Participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand your client base and increase brand awareness.

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses. Will pay 100% Licensing.

Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients.

Self-Motivated: Strong self-motivation and drive to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
