What will you be doing:
Senior Consultant, Operations, works as part of a cross-functional team to enhance clinical efficiencies, promote appropriate and high-value care, and prepare Cedars-Sinai to succeed with value-based contracts and other payer initiatives. This position is primarily responsible for understanding existing workflows that impact current clinical practice and ensuring that all solutions developed by Clinical Transformation are successfully implemented and operationally sustainable. ??Additionally, this position will also lead best practices in project management for our largest initiatives .??
Experience Requirements:
Three (3) plus years of prior work experience in a healthcare setting, including experience in one or both of the following:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor???s Degree in Health Care, Business, or related technical field
Master???s Degree (MPH, MBA) or Clinical Degree (preferred)
