Job description
Join our dynamic Identity & Access Management team as a Senior Cloud Identity Engineer, where you'll play a key role in the analysis, design, and implementation coordination of cutting-edge tools and services within the Identity domain. As a vital member of our security organization, you will collaborate with peer teams and partner groups to deploy and administer Cloud identity solutions, covering aspects such as authentication, access control, identity repositories, privilege access management, identity governance, and security.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis, design, planning, and support for cloud identity solutions.
- Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions that align with internal customer needs.
- Evaluate existing environments, identifying technical and operational challenges, and propose solutions for enhancement.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and incident/problem resolutions in collaboration with other security and infrastructure teams, particularly in complex or high-severity cases.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in identity and cybersecurity, assess emerging identity products and technologies, and remain vigilant to threats in IT and OT environments.
- Review and manage application lifecycle deliverables to ensure compliance with identity management policies.
- Perform various functions and duties to support audit and compliance deliverables, including verification and remittance of evidence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ideally, 5+ years of experience in Information Security/Systems with a focus on Identity and Access Management.
- Ideally, 3+ years of experience in Cloud IAM and Security.
- Proficient knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and Azure Active Directory.
- Advanced understanding of Identity Security concepts, least-privilege, separation of duties, and Zero Trust design principles.
- Familiarity with federation technologies (WS-Fed, OAuth, SAML, etc.) and encryption technologies (encryption types, protocols, and standards).

Additional Assets:
- Master's degree in an IT or Cybersecurity field.
- Experience with Industrial Control Systems in the gas/oil Energy Sector.
- Familiarity with physical security controls.
- Certification in one or more of the following: Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Google Cloud Platform Associate Cloud Engineer, Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
