Job description

Private couple are looking to hire an AMAZING & ORGANIZED HOUSEKEEPER in Rittenhouse Square, PHILADELPHIA, PA  ASAP  for 3 DAYS A WEEK!

The Ideal Candidate: Job duties will include: FULL HOUSEKEEPING for a large home.
This includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors in all rooms.
Cleaning the bathrooms, including mirrors, toilets, showers and baths.
Cleaning the kitchen, including wiping down appliances, counters, sinks and cabinet doors.Washing and drying dishes and putting them away.
Changing bed linens and making the beds.Washing, folding and ironing clothes.
Removing garbage and recycling.Restocking personal items such as toilet paper, tissues, etc.
General tidying of rooms. This includes putting away items, decluttering and light organizing.

What Works Best for Family: Schedule would be MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY 8 am- 4pm. (some flexibility with days/ times)
We are looking for someone who is organized and can follow instructions in terms of what needs to be done.

Requested Duration: As long as possible

• Laundry: Family Laundry, some ironing

Position Requirements

• Work Hours:( 3 days a week ) Monday, Wednesday, Friday  8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
• Personality Traits: Organized, Reliable, Honest

Position Compensation

• Salary: $30 per hour  Payroll
• Living Accommodations: Live Out
