Associate Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has teamed up with a reputable boutique firm serving all of Southern Californiainboth transactional and litigation matters on a wide variety of issues including bankruptcy real estate HOA and condominium law evictions contract negotiations advising businesses and estate planning.We are looking for anattorney to work out of our Glendale office on a hybrid or remote basis.

With the changing work landscape we are more than open to someone wanting to be in the office full time or if you are seeking a more hybrid or remoteschedule we are more than happy to do that as well. Having said that whoever is considered for a position must be a team player and selfsufficient. We are looking for someone who does not require heavy supervision and can handle a basic caseload. We represent clients on a variety of matters including real estate litigation evictions and probate matters.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing lawsuits
• Drafting motions and related documents
• Drafting Discovery requests and responses
• Court appearances
• Attending depositions and mediations
• Trial prep work

Qualifications :

• Experience in civil discovery case management law and motions
• 1 6 yr experience CA Litigation
• Real Estate andProbateBackgrounda plus but notrequired
• Juris Doctorate and California Bar Accreditation required.
• Bachelors Degree required related to law business administration or relevant field(s).

Additional Info:

• If you have experience in civil discovery case management law and motion were open to training for our type of law.
• Base Compensation: $100000 $160000
• Firm handles 10 15 appearances a week
• Attorneys will not have assistant duties as we have supporting staff
• 401k match up to 4%
