Job Summary: You are passionate and knowledgeable about consumer technology products, have a deep empathy for user problems, lead product development from ideation to launch, and empower our business to build the right products to improve the customer experience and hit our ambitious growth and scaling targets. You have experience with e-commerce platforms and/or consumer technology products, where digital experiences are a key component of your product.
Antech has multiple online portals for our customers and this role is responsible for the Product leadership, ownership, roadmaps, sunsetting, and strategic direction for an optimal Online Customer Experience for a complete Antech ecosystem including, but not limited to, Point of Care and Reference Labs. This customer-centric but technically minded role is focused on representing customer needs and prioritizing with key internal partners such as IT, Commercial, Marketing, Sales, R&D, Customer Support, etc…Collaborative in nature, this key leader will build and grow relationships, collaboratively building roadmaps and advocating partner’s interest both internally and externally.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
With the recent acquisition of Heska, this role is heavily focused on building and collaborating the transition of two companies into a single customer experience.
Responsible for enhancing the Online (Antech Online and HealthTracks) product roadmap, product positioning, assisting and defining the strategic direction globally consistent with the mission of Antech.
Performs the Product Management/Owner role in an Agile environment for all online efforts.
Represent the customer’s experience as well as the needs of the online customer experience in other forums.
Maintains backlog, user stories, paretos, and roadmaps.
Supports the promotion, training, and preparation for all materials for Antech employees as well as consumer needed material.
Prepare and present various analysis as needed.
Prepare return-on-investment (ROI) analyses for new proposals ($$ Forecasting)
Lifecycle Management (introduction, growth, maturity and decline) as well as collaboratively develop roadmap from concept to end-of-life.
Contributing to pricing using all business data and projected sales
Experience building strategic and technical product roadmaps, testing plans and experiment roadmaps, to learn about optimization opportunities for conversion funnels and engagement tactics.
Experience leading customer research, market research, defining product lifecycle KPIs & metrics.
Partner with IT, Commercial, Marketing, Training, Medical, Finance, Strategy and Sales to manage the PIMS experience and ensure overall success.
Research competitor products and maintain competitive comparisons and evaluations.
Assist/develop product profiles, competitive analysis, presentations, demos, white papers, and product updates for organizational marketing materials.
Assist/develop/coordinate new idea reviews and recommendations, concept and design development, project management, and market introduction.
Plan & Lead efforts through all stages of the project and Product lifecycle.
Required Skills and Abilities
Agile trained and experienced
General knowledge/experience of the healthcare and diagnostic industries.
Demonstrated experience of product management, including development, segmentation, positioning, pricing, and forecasting.
Solid reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues and perform prioritization exercises.
Solid financial management and analysis skills
Ability to lead small, focused teams progressing to the recognized ability to lead, energize and mentor larger and more complex teams and programs.
Organized with the ability to manage and prioritize several projects at once.
Influencing skills to gain commitment and support for decisions and motivating the organization supporting the product line.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Strong / advanced presentation skills; ability to present and explain [product information to all audience.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
This position would also require managing external customer relationships and travel both domestically and internationally (up to 25%)
The Target Pay Range for this position is $130,000 - $163,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
