Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation : $18-$24/hr based on experience
Shift : Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

What’s a typical day as an HR Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Supporting the Human Resources function at the site and plants within our business unit
• Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, training, and metrics
• Applying the principles of Human Resources, including confidentiality of information
• Performing analysis and reporting recommendations to HR Manager
• Adhering to the Human Resources policies and procedures, as well as the Principles of Conduct and Action
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have an Associates Degree in Business, HR, Org Development, or similar
• Have 2+ years of experience in HR Function
• Have 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Org Development, or similar (preferred)
• Have experience in the aerospace, automotive, or similar industry (preferred)
