What you’ll do

We will look to you to oversee the operation and supervision of the independent living program, apartments, villas, cottages, and homes. You’ll address resident and family concerns while promoting the independence and well-being of all residents.

What it takes

• High school diploma or the equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, nursing or a related field preferred
• Housing Manager Certificate preferred
• Five years experience in social services, hospitality, marketing, or general business operations management required, in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
• Experience with the HUD Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) system and related security concerns required 
• Experience working with the senior population preferred
