Marketing Manager
Summary: This role is an integral part in the growth of our organization as we expand and scale. You will be building a strong marketing machine engaging eCommerce sellers and bookkeepers who are seeking a best-in-class bookkeeping solution. You will be responsible for every touchpoint and program future customers encounter. You will carry the customer journey with you every day, watching meticulously as each prospect moves through the funnel - identifying and supporting the creation of marketing materials, and new campaigns, and identifying new opportunities.

This position requires a self-starter who is sharp and can navigate sophisticated bookkeeping/accounting pain points for ecommerce sellers operating on multiple marketplaces. If you’re detail-oriented, operate with a LEHI (low effort, high impact) outlook, and you like a fast-paced environment - this position is for you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and implement marketing strategies for customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Lead and execute B2B demand generation campaigns across all channels, including website,
- Email, conferences, events, media outreach, and social.
- Analyze, track, and report on ongoing B2B marketing initiatives and present data-backed reports to the Executive Team.
- Ensure that all marketing collateral aligns with our brand identity and brand voice.
- Diligently discover new opportunities to drive customer acquisition and brand growth.
Qualifications:
- A minimum bachelor’s degree is required.
- A strong marketing generalist who isn’t afraid to master new disciplines.
- Sharp thinker who can easily capture the world of eCommerce bookkeeping eloquently.
- Translate the needs and pain points of accountants and eCom sellers.
- Manage all brand/customer touchpoints.
- Solution-focused individual who can confidently operate with minimal hand-holding.
- Identity new ad channels to test and positioning to explore.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Write articles, whitepapers, newsletters, and emails.
- Develop landing pages that move prospects efficiently through the sales funnel.
- Preferred - knowledge of commerce & Amazon marketplace from Seller perspective.
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
- Experience with marketing automation/CRM systems. (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
- A team player and collaborator.
- Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Salary: $120,000 -$150,000 DOE
