• Primary and Urgent Care
• Salary Range: $60.00 to $65.00.
• Location Reliably able to relocate or commute to work location.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend as needed

License/Certification:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner to practice in State of NY(Required).
• Physician Assistant License eligible to practice in NY (Required).

• At least One year of experience in the specialty you are applying for.
