Responsibilities
The Tech at Lilly, IDAP Business Integrator role exists to solve business problems and improve business processes by identifying and deploying innovative solutions. The scope of work includes deployment of EWM upgrade in the Indianapolis Device Assembly and Packaging (IDAP) site and the IDAP Pharma Suite MES installation. This critical role will enable manufacturing production expansion, including new MES ticket development for dry product packaging, and support on-going operational needs. You will participate in monthly, after business hours, on call support.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
or High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years
Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with supporting IT architecture.

Additional Skills/Preferences
Experience with Rockwell MES solution development and support.
Experience with SAP and the SAP EWM module.
Familiarity with M&Q network and application structure.
Experience with designing and developing specifications for new products/services, applications, and service offerings.
Experience with identifying technical risks that could impact the system's functionality or security.
Experience with providing technical guidance to other members of the organization, including developers, project managers, and technical support staff.
Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the organization's systems remain competitive and effective.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and articulate complex technical concepts.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with Computer System Validations.
Must be able to evaluate the organization's needs, anticipate potential issues, and create key components that ensures the IT system or enhancements meet the requirements.
Must have a strong business understanding and demonstrated business learning agility.
Must consider security and privacy risks that secure and protect company data.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence decision making at senior leadership level.
Additional Information
This critical role will enable manufacturing production expansion, including new vial packaging production lines, and support on-going operational needs. You will participate in monthly, after business hours, on call support.
Required to be on site a minimum of 4 days per work week.
