Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Salary: $85,000-$110,000
Requirements: Assistant Project Manager experience on Commercial Real Estate projects including, Interior, Offices, & Tenant Improvement Projects

What You Will Be Doing

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager on all commercial real estate projects. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and will be involved in all aspects of the project. The Assistant Project Manager will play an important role in ensuring that the project is completed on time and on budget.

• Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of activities.
• Develop and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders..
• Research and evaluate potential projects based on criteria set by the Project Manager.
• Prepare project documents such as scope statements, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Create and maintain project schedules using MS Project and MS Excel.
• Monitor project progress and report any delays or potential problems to the Project Manager.
• Perform LEED certification requirements and tracking of credits.

What You Need for this Position

At least 3-5 years of experience in the Construction industry, specifically as a n Assistant Project Manager over all or some of the following Commercial Real Estate Sectors:

• Commercial Real Estate Construction Experience
• Understanding of LEED certification and commercial real estate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management or an assistant project manager role.
• Proficient with MS Project, MS Excel and other project management software.
