Job Description:
We're seeking a proficient PeopleSoft HR Analyst to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should excel in utilizing PeopleSoft HR modules to support various HR functions. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing HR data, refining processes, and offering support for HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize PeopleSoft HR modules to support HR functions such as employee data management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
- Analyze HR data to pinpoint trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and enhance system performance.
- Assist in crafting, developing, and implementing HR processes and procedures within PeopleSoft.
- Offer guidance and training to HR staff on effectively utilizing PeopleSoft HR modules.
- Participate actively in HR projects and initiatives, including system upgrades and process enhancements.
- Stay informed about changes to HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ensure utmost confidentiality of HR data and sensitive employee information at all times.
Requirements:
- Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in utilizing PeopleSoft HR modules or similar HRIS software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate HR data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a medium to large-sized organization is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in HR or HRIS are advantageous.
