Position Summary:

Handles search engine optimization for websites and online business profiles across Foundations Recovery Network, the company’s addiction services division. . Regularly updates sites with fresh, search-optimized content, performs regular checks, solves any SEO-related issues relating to coding and site performance, monitors ranking on common search platforms, and ensures web pages and website structures are in line with SEO best practices. Proficient front-end developer with expertise in several coding languages and the latest SEO development tools. Demonstrates a deep understanding of all kinds of SEO approaches and supports  SEO development, deployment, and maintenance.

Partners with facility CEOs, facility Directors of Business Development and Addiction Services team including Call Center to align messaging for traffic acquisition strategies with the goals and objectives of each facility and the overall business.  Engages with Web, Digital Writer, Digital Media/PPC and Social Media teams to align campaign strategy, share insights, and ensure integrated presentation to consumer audiences.

Required Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related business field
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience
• 3+ years of experience optimizing with SEO tools such as Moz.com, Raven Tools, Link Research Tools, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
• 5+ years of Web Development knowledge and programming languages such as HTML, PHP, Wordpress, Javascript, CSS
• Familiriaty with site audit tools such as SiteImprove
• Experience with Google Core Web Vitals
• Expertise using WordPress or other CMS to manage a website
• Familiarity of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with Google services (Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google My Business.)

• Show ability to identify problems and determine solutions
• Comfortable using basic HTML to format and organize content
• Advanced computer skills
• Ability to use MS Office

Schedule: Monday through Friday- In office 3 days per week

Education: 

Bachelor’s Degree.

Essential Job Duties:

• Lead technical implementation for all SEO related Audits and Campaigns
• Ensure that website design, layout, and coding is optimized for search
• Work with the web designer to ensure consistent standards of SEO
• Run site health audits through SiteImprove and SEM Rush to improve overall SEO visbility
• Troubleshoot technical SEO issues for the website
• Perform site maintenance on websites as requested by stakeholders
• Lead improvements on websites to align with Google’s Core Web Vitals
• Monitor SEO trends and lead website implementation to align for better ranking
• Regulary perform on page analysis and optimization for websites
• Manage the vendor relationship for hosting and domain name management for new and existing websites
• Lead SEO Quality Assurance tasks for website launches
• Research and implement latest SEO trends
• Communicate best practices for technical SEO to the larger development team
• Assist in non-SEO related site maintenance tasks
• Monitor and synchronize internal directories to align with websites as updates are made
• Participate in client-facing status updates for technical SEO campaigns
• Strategically align with client team, PPC, and Digital Writer on priorities and sequencing
• Assist in information architecture tasks as it relates to site configuration with 301 redirects and sitemap generation
• Lead web form encryption efforts as well as build web forms as requested by stakeholders
• Coordinate with Digital Analytics & Reporting teams on asset and campaign performance
