- Supports daily Address Book processes related to Customers, Suppliers, and Freight Vendors
- Supports daily billing (paper invoices), cash receipt & Intercompany receipts processes
- Supports all phases of brokerage division disbursements – checks, ACH, & Intercompany payments. Responsible for daily reports and inquiries
- Performs other duties as assigned
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in a business discipline or 4 years related work experience.
- Proficient with personal computers and related software (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook). Oracle experience is a plus
- Available to work occasional overtimePreferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in a business discipline or 4 years related work experience. Accounting or finance preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers
- Oracle experience is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a variety of tasks, and perform work with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to efficiently manage workloads and recognize priorities
- Strong organizational skills
